How do I track my order?
 

As everything is handmade once ordered, orders are typically despatched within 2 weeks from receipt of order (depending on peek periods ie Christmas, Mothers Day etc). Orders are sent via MyHermes and are always tracked, if you would like your tracking details please contact us using the above form.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We only offer standard delivery which takes 3-5 days from the despatch date. Please consider the process of making the product prior to despatch. Fast tracked orders (agreed in advance of ordering) will be despatched by Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class.

 

 

 

How do I return an item?
 

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of order. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of order to arrange a return. Unfortunately we can only accept returns on our 'standard' items. Bespoke items including name, wedding roles etc cannot be returned unless there is a fault on Glitter Glasses' behalf. 

How can I contact your couriers?
 

MyHermes only deals with direct customers ie the person/company who has despatched the goods with them. If you need to contact the courier please contact us first, we will then be able to conact the courier on your behalf.

 

 

 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

At this moment we only provide delivery to the UK and Ireland

 

 

 

How long do orders take to make?
 

Typically, it takes approximately 3 weeks for an order to be made and despatched (depending on peek periods such as Christmas, Mothers Day etc). If you need your item sooner, please contact us, we may be able to offer fast track.

 
 
Can you wash Glitter Glasses?
 

Yes, you can hand wash the glasses in warm water. The glitter will NOT come off and is ok to drink from. Do not rub to dry.
